Anti-climb guard Razor wire alternative

A freely rotating anti-climb guard manufactured from high tensile alloy tube and assembled to form six vanes per element. Unlike broken glass or razor wire, which can form mantraps or impaling spikes; often illegal and dangerous to employees or the public. This anti-scaling barrier is not designed with intent to cause serious harm; it rotates creating an unstable barrier if anyone attempts to climb over it. Visually a clear warning in itself.

Either bolt to walls using expandable through bolts or clamp or weld to fences and gates. Stanchions should be adjusted to support it centrally over the wall or fence with a clearance not exceeding 50mm in order to eliminate any stable platform or foothold.

For high security applications, a collapsible version is available. Mounted on a T-bar across the fence or wall, the barrier drops down like a see-saw when climbed, so that the second series of vanes is pushed into the air, presenting an additional insurmountable barrier. Drainpipes and soil stacks present an easy and common target for thieves to climb and gain entry to property. A semi-circle offers effective protection.
