High spec industrial roller shutter door accommodates openings from 1m to 13m wide. They provide easy access and security for the warehouse, factory, stores and vehicles.

The roller is powered by means of a 0.5 HP up to 2 HP geared motor complete with rotary limits and emergency hand mechanism; a three push button control comes as standard. Supply is either via 240 volt single phase or 415 volt three phase.

Attractive bright galvanised finish: - The shutter curtain has 75mm wide curved interlocking lath, cast end locks and rail. With the channel side guides being bolted to 75mm x 50mm angle. The barrel is constructed from tube with internal helicoil counter balance spring(s) which reduce motor loading and securely mounted on 25mm or 40mm bright steel shaft, with bearing blocks at each end.
