Industrial Roller Shutter Door

Our industrial roller shutter door covers openings from 1m to 13m wide. It provides easy security access to your warehouse, factory, store or garage.

A high spec roller powered by a 0.5HP to 2HP geared motor comes complete with rotary limits and emergency hand mechanism. Three push button control comes as standard and electrical supply is either 240v single phase or 415v three phase.

The attractive galvanised shutter has a 75mm wide curved interlocking lath, cast end locks and rail. The shutter side guides are bolted to strong 75mm x 50mm angle; and the roller barrel is made from tube with internal helicoil counter balance spring(s) reducing motor load, then securely mounted on a 25mm or 40mm bright steel shaft, with bearing blocks at each end.
